Claudio’s instruction was helpful and hands-on; he has a great sense of humor and made the class very enjoyable. And the pasta came out delicious! We highly, highly recommend this experience.”

“Food was good but it felt like our instructor was rushed and made us feel like we were bothering her rather than being open to teaching us. Also, she said she would send us recipes but never did. I took a different cooking class I found on Airbnb near Telti and it was SO MUCH better and the instructor was significantly kinder and shared more on the history of pasta.”
