“We took the immersive food tour to a lovely small village in the blue zone in the mountains, where we met Leonarda & Ica, our 2 wonderful teachers. Here we learned how to make pasta using only local ingredients (expect the salt). We also learned how to use and respect the land. I highly recommend this tour. Davide was an excellent guide, attentive to our questions and told us some wonderful stories from his hometown. A truly wonderful experience.”
